Our story
Hyland began as a simple idea: that adults with learning disabilities deserve a home that feels like home — somewhere they're supported to live full, happy lives. Over three decades, that idea has shaped everything we do, from the way we decorate our shared spaces to the small daily rituals that bring our residents comfort and joy.
Being family-run means continuity, consistency, and personal attention. Many of our team have been with us for years, and they know each resident well — their stories, preferences, and routines.
